Here we are after our lake trip and before we had our dinner at Cold Spring Tavern.

It was a nice day, really hot even on the lake.. about 100 degrees!
One of the great things about Cold Spring is that I saw one of my Bikram buddies there and she encouraged me to come back and even said that she missed me! ahhh! How can I resist! I've been meaning to go back and now that our business travel schedule has calmed down, I can get back into my routine. Tomorrow is a good day to start.
