Kb's and walking

Movement:

I went to the podiatrist this morning and found out that I have a case of tendonitis on the top of my left foot. I will be fitted for orthodics on Wednesday. Kinda cool, I've always wanted orthodics :) The tendonitis is not permanent, and that makes me happy too!


I feel so out of shape...probably because I am out of shape. Walked yesterday and today and I've already got blisters on my tender feet! They are covered with bandages. I started doing swings this afternoon and thought I'd get a lot more in than I did. I pooped out..my breath and my back was getting worn out. I've got a lot of work to do to get myself to the RKC level.. but I will persevere! Everyday, no matter what I will show up and do my workouts.


I went shopping at Costco tonight and stocked up for the next couple of days. At this point I am shopping for convienience to make certain that I get some good fresh food in my body and not wait until I get too hungry to make good choices. Baby spinach, juicy apples, salad stuff, boneless chicken breasts, frozen strawberries and frozen blueberries. Not the local fresh produce that I'd like to get.. but frankly I just don't have the energy yet!


The medication that I'm taking for blood sugar is keeping me feeling full most of the time and a little nauseous. I have a hard time with menu planning when my appetite is like this. So I'll just keep moving in the right direction.
