

This morning we went for a brisk walk on the UCSB bike path that runs behind our house. It was about an hour total since we went to th end of the Goleta Pier and walked up the hill to the UCSB entrance. My plan is to run up and down that hill for conditioning. Today we walked fast and it took about 3 min to the top.

More to come... today is a planning day. I'm home for a long while so I can get back into my routine. I'm going to go back to Bikram tomorrow and see how I do. I'm still coughing pretty regularly, but I'm thinking that the heat and humidity will help my lungs recover.

LOL, Jen, I thought the 1st picture was the picture you promised me of your deck. Nice huh? I am coming out there some day to walk on the beach, ride bike with you...I'm not sure about that yoga thing. Looks like you are really moving. Way to go. Debi

Yes, you MUST come out to walk on the beach and kayak in my ocean :)
I won't make you try the yoga, but I'm certain that you would feel good if you did! (hint, hint)
