


Our new deck.. not quite finished.. still need stain and some railing adjustments.
It's much nicer than what we had before.

Food:
coffee/cream
2 hard boiled eggs
baby greens/chicken/raspberry vinaigrette
pita pizza (small)
We're leaving tomorrow and then we're back Saturday for a nice long time at home! YAY! I do so much better when I can stick with my schedule..and since I've been off my game for a few months, I am itching to REALLY get back to it. We've been traveling a lot this week for business and my schedule has been way too crazy.
My plan is to get my stamina up, get my food planned and implemented, and to work with my favorite RKC to create a big plan for my training goal of RKC.
However long it takes, I am moving toward certification and forever away from gastric bypass.
As Tracy would say... life is good!

My workouts have been great but my diet sucks! I have to get my mind back in the game, as Kim would say :)
