If it's Physical, It's Therapy!

Wooooo, WEEEEE! What a week!

I've had 3 Physical Therapy sessions this week and what an eye opener. I didn't think anything was really wrong with me or I guess I just thought I had tight muscles. Some people might say that if you go looking for things that you will find them... but what has happened in the last few weeks I truly believe has been meant to be and will change my life for the better.

I went in to see the neurologist simply because the side of my face that I had Bell's Palsy on in 2001 had been twitching and I was concerned that the Bell's Palsy might return. The insurance that we have is paying 100% until the end of the year and I'm taking full advantage of this fact... I really don't like seeing doctors.. even though this neurologist is exceptional. I wish he was my everyday doctor. When I visited him he found a bunch of connected things. My arms have been going numb at night, my back hurts if I stand too long, yadda, yadda... anyway, I went in to have him look at my face and found that this genius doctor looks at the whole person and is fixing the whole me...

OK... I started this post on 9/20 and got so busy but I'll stop and start another one.
